IDEAS!
Fancy Dress - ask your guests to invent themselves some kind of space themed outfit, astronauts, aliens, space monsters, rockets, whatever they like, offer a prize for the best outfit.
Food - Cover your table with tin foil, or black crepe paper decorated with sticky stars. Label your food to give extra illusion, e.g rocket fuel (apple juice), meteors (mini scotch eggs or sausage meat balls), moon rock cakes (rock cakes), space slime (green jelly). Use your imagination!
Cake - Make a simple sponge cake in a Pyrex bowl to give a roundish shape. Decorate with messy chocolate icing (brown or white) to make a "planet", scoop out some craters. Embellish with any little space toys you have at home, tiny lego astronauts are good. | |

 Our Packaging:- Packaging is a necessary evil for an internet based business, but we strive to be as eco-friendly as possible with ours. We use recyclable brown cardboard boxes. Craft packs are packed in reusable, resealable poly bags. Delicate items are wrapped in Oxo-Biodegradable bubble wrap. We use proper old fashioned Jiffy Bags that are more expensive than the thin plastic lined ones, but are made from tough 90gsm kraft paper with a 100% recycled paper fibre lining which makes the bag 100% recyclable. Jiffy Bags and boxes are sealed with recyclable silicone free paper parcel tape that has a natural adhesive. Sometimes we reuse packaging that has been sent to us.
