1. Safety
Our Craft Packs, Craft Supplies, Toys and take-home gifts are NOT suitable for children under 3 years of age due to the small components that are included in them (choking hazard).
We have designed the Craft Packs for school age children (4 or 5 years and over), some adult help will be needed with younger children. It is up to the Party Organiser to make an assessment regarding the suitability of the Crafts for the children who will be attending BEFORE placing an order with us.
If you need help with this decision making process please give Bishybarnybees a call, we can send you instruction sheets before you order a Craft Pack if it will help you to decide.
All Craft Packs are supplied by us on the understanding that the Party that is held with them is supervised by at least ONE ADULT (although more than this is highly recommended & much more fun!)
Craft Activities vary in complexity and may require assistance by the Supervising Adult(s). The illustrated instructions will take you through the processes step-by-step.
Craft Packs may contain feathers and other small components. They must be used with care and in accordance with the safety guidelines provided with them. The Party Organiser will need to be aware of any children who have allergies to any component of the Craft Pack and ensure that they are kept away from them.
The Supervising Adult(s) should familiarise themself(ves) with the contents of the Craft Pack and the Instructions before the Party. They need to use their judgement upon how much supervision will need to be provided, obviously, this will depend on the abilities of the children who will be attending the Party, or participating in the Craft Activity.
TOY SAFETY
All Bishybaynybees toys are Πmarked, which means they comply with Toy (Safety) Regulations 1995.
All our wooden toys are sourced from the Czech Republic in Europe. They cost more than the Chinese ones, but they are safely made from wood that comes from managed sources and are painted with child safe paints.
2. General - Craft Packs
Bishybarnybees reserve the right to substitute an item in one of our Craft Packs if, for reasons beyond our control, the original shown on this site is unavailable.
The substitute will be of an equivalent quality and value as the original. Bishybarnybees will advise you of this substitution before sending out your Party Kit.
3. Delivery Details
Delivery is to mainland UK (excludes Channel Islands), you will need to contact us if you require delivery to somewhere else.
On ordering from Bishybarnybees, you will be informed of the anticipated date of despatch to you if you have supplied us with a contact email address. Once your Order has been dropped off by us at our local village Post Office it should arrive with you within 3-5 working days. You will receive an email or phone call to let you know that your Order has been sent and is on its way.
4. Cancelling your Order/Refunds
If at any point before your Order is despatched to you, you change your mind, simply contact us and we will issue you with a refund.
If you receive your Order and it is not what you had hoped it would be, you are welcome to return it to us for a full refund - however returns must be made at your own risk and expense, preferably by Royal Mail Special Delivery. If the Order is received by us and is in re-saleable condition with none of the components missing, we will issue you with a refund for the cost of your Order MINUS the original postage cost to your home.
5. Intellectual Property
All contents offered and available on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos and the compilation thereof is the property of Bishybarnybees and is protected by United Kingdom and International copyright laws.
No products of our own creation and design; Invitations, Thank You cards, craft activities, etc may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without previous permission of Bishybarnybees.
6. Risk
All risk in the goods will pass to the Party Organiser after payments has been received by Bishybarnybees and delivery has been made to the Party Organiser.
7. Privacy
We will protect your privacy, and we promise that your details will remain confidential.
Bishybarnybees will not use any of your contact details; address, phone number or email address for anything other than to keep you informed about our new products - if you request this.
We absolutely will not sell any of your contact information to anyone else.

 Our Packaging:- Packaging is a necessary evil for an internet based business, but we strive to be as eco-friendly as possible with ours. We use recyclable brown cardboard boxes. Craft packs are packed in reusable, resealable poly bags. Delicate items are wrapped in Oxo-Biodegradable bubble wrap. We use proper old fashioned Jiffy Bags that are more expensive than the thin plastic lined ones, but are made from tough 90gsm kraft paper with a 100% recycled paper fibre lining which makes the bag 100% recyclable. Jiffy Bags and boxes are sealed with recyclable silicone free paper parcel tape that has a natural adhesive. Sometimes we reuse packaging that has been sent to us.
