Let's decide to stop the madness that can be a child's party!
Parents should not feel obligated to invite the whole class of 30 children to a child's party - as Craft Parties need a bit of space and need to be held around the kitchen table, this provides a valid excuse to limit numbers.
The more parents who take back control at party time, the more chance there is of change happening.
Take Home Swag, a.k.a Goody Bags, a.k.a Party Bags, a.k.a Loot Bags: Do you need to do them? After all if children have spent a fun hour making wonderful themed crafts, they will already have stuff to take home - you could just supply a bag to carry it all home in. Or if you want to do Party Bags make them good quality- a quality goody bag is one that contains small gifts that will not go into the bin the day after the party, ideally a beautiful and collectable ethically sourced wooden toy. Please consider the poor old landfill!
Say "Goodbye" to Party Clowns (who, are on the whole, quite scary) and pick a Bishybarnybees Craft Party instead.
Don't make your life hard! You can easily fill an hour with fun games and activities selected from our shop, add a bit of time for a simple Party Tea and you have a child's party which is plenty long enough. |

 Our Packaging:- Packaging is a necessary evil for an internet based business, but we strive to be as eco-friendly as possible with ours. We use recyclable brown cardboard boxes. Craft packs are packed in reusable, resealable poly bags. Delicate items are wrapped in Oxo-Biodegradable bubble wrap. We use proper old fashioned Jiffy Bags that are more expensive than the thin plastic lined ones, but are made from tough 90gsm kraft paper with a 100% recycled paper fibre lining which makes the bag 100% recyclable. Jiffy Bags and boxes are sealed with recyclable silicone free paper parcel tape that has a natural adhesive. Sometimes we reuse packaging that has been sent to us.
